Savor New Mexico is an imaginary non-profit that is organizing a series of three unique food-focused events across the state in 2026. The goal was to create a cohesive identity that reflects New Mexican cuisine as a whole as well as the individual events in Santa Fe, Taos, and Albuquerque.
